Welcome to NSPIRE church! We are so glad you are here. We started attending Imagine Church in September of 2015 before we merged with City Spring. For several years we enjoyed the wonderful kid’s area during the Westfield Rocks the 4th and loved their serving and supporting of our community. We had tried other churches but had not found a church home so we decided to give it a try.
The first day that we walked through the doors, we hoped it would be a good fit. We were greeted right away by Dan the Cowboys fan and introduced to numerous people. Lisa Ruggles, Pastor Brad’s wife helped us sign in our children and showed us around so we knew exactly where our children would be for their classes. It was so refreshing to be so welcomed! For us, it was so important that our children are “fed” as well as the two of us so of course the first thing we did was ask them what they thought after the first day. They loved it and wanted to go again. We ended up signing up for the 4 week challenge just as you are doing and after attending for a full month, we decided that this was where we belonged.
We feel blessed and fortunate to worship with our church family. By attending church events, volunteering for the Easter Egg Drop, and participating in a Life Group we have met many wonderful people. We have strengthened our friendships with some we knew from other community functions as well as started new relationships.
We really enjoy Pastor Brad and Pastor Matt’s sermons. They are fun, thoughtful and we feel like every Sunday something always hits home and sparks good conversation within our family. Everyone has been wonderful to us and we can tell that our kids are loved here. Our oldest son really enjoys his youth group (“Blast”). His teachers are wonderful men and women who pour so much of their time into our children. Our son has been able to enjoy bible studies, cook outs and movies. Last year, he had the opportunity to experience Junior Jam at Cedarville University in Ohio with his youth group along with thousands of other children to learn about God. Our younger children love kids live and always come away every Sunday with so much to share. We have enjoyed serving with our church family at the Westfield Egg Drop as well as volunteering on Sundays in the nursery or at check-in. We love that our church’s goal is to breathe life into our community by serving others through the Westfield Rocks the 4th, the Westfield Egg Drop, Movies in the Park or Westfield in Lights, just to name a few. We love our city and we love our Church.
