This Privacy Policy explains how NSPIRE Church collects, uses, and protects personal information through the NSPIREGO App which operates using technology licensed from Amazing Life Foundation, a nonprofit based in Collin County, Texas.
By using the App, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
Name, email address, and optional phone number when creating an account or contacting us.
Submissions through in-app forms (e.g., volunteer sign-ups, messages, prayer requests).
b. Information Collected Automatically
Device type, operating system, and App version.
Usage data (pages viewed, session times, crash logs).
Approximate location (city or region only).
c. Information from Amazing Life Foundation
Amazing Life may provide aggregate analytics to your church to improve App performance. Amazing Life does not sell or use user data for advertising.
3. How We Use Information
Deliver and personalize content and features.
Send updates or notifications you request.
Improve security and technical performance.
Comply with legal obligations.
We never sell or rent personal information.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process data on the basis of consent, legitimate interests (in ministry and communications), and legal compliance.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is family-oriented and used under parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, email us at info@nspire.church for deletion.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers operated by Amazing Life or its authorized providers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Sharing
We may share information only with:
Amazing Life Foundation (for hosting and support);
Trusted vendors under confidentiality agreements;
Authorities when required by law.
We do not permit third-party tracking for advertising purposes.
8. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for ministry or legal purposes. To request deletion, email info@nspire.church.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@nspire.church. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Data is stored in the United States. By using the App outside the U.S., you consent to that transfer and processing.

14. State Privacy Rights Notice (Indiana)
Indiana Consumer Data Protection Bill of Rights.
This Consumer Bill of Rights is a summary of your rights as an Indiana resident under the
Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (“CDPA”). Under the CDPA, a “controller" is the
person or entity that collects your personal data and determines how it is processed.
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation from a controller as to whether your personal
data is being processed by the controller.
2. You have the right to obtain — once a year, free of charge — a copy or representative
summary of the personal data you previously provided to a controller.

to a controller.
4. You have the right to have your personal data deleted by a controller.

with state and federal laws that prohibit unlawful discrimination against consumers.
10. You have the right to exercise these consumer rights on behalf of your children.
11. You have the right to expect that your children’s data will not be processed by a
controller without your consent.
12. You have the right to expect that your sensitive data will not be processed by a
controller without your consent, including information that reveals your racial or ethnic
origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnoses, sexual orientation,
citizenship, immigration status, identifying genetic or biometric data, and precise
geolocation data.
13. You have the right to know a controller’s data processing activities. A controller must
provide a reasonably accessible, clear and meaningful privacy notice detailing the
categories of personal data being processed, the purpose of the processing, the
categories of personal data being shared with third parties, and the categories of third
parties with whom personal data is being shared.
14. You have the right to have the collection of your personal data limited to what is
adequate, relevant and reasonably necessary to the purpose communicated to you by
the controller.
15. You have the right to expect that your personal data will not be used for purposes that
are neither reasonably necessary for nor compatible with the purposes communicated
to you by a controller, unless the controller obtains your consent.
